  • 2025 Great Parks of Hamilton County Levy (1 mill), Renewal of more than $20 million annually for 10-years. Won with strong majority support.
  • 2025 Princeton City Schools Levy (6.61 mills), Additional emergency operating levy generating $12.8 million annually for 10-years, costing $231 per $100,000 of appraised value, after a previous attempt failed in November 2024. Won in the May 2025 primary.
  • 2025 Clermont County Mental Health & Recovery Board Levy, Renewal continuing existing services at no increase in taxes. Won with 58% support.
  • 2025 Olentangy Local Schools Bond (1.77 mills), Additional $235 million, 37-year bond for construction of a fifth high school and an 18th elementary school — structured so no new millage will be required to service the debt. Won with 56% support.
  • 2025 Westerville City Schools Income Tax Levy (0.75% earned income tax), Additional earned income tax levy generating approximately $24.3 million annually to avert planned operational cuts after a prior November 2024 levy attempt failed.
  • 2024 Hilliard City Schools Bond and Operating Levy (6.9 mills operating + 1.84 mills bond), Combined 6.9-mill operating levy plus $142 million bond for replacement of three elementary schools, while no new bond millage was collected due to maturing debt.
  • 2024 Toledo Lucas County Public Library Bond (1 mill), Additional 30-year, $153 million bond for facility improvements and a new Whitehouse branch.
  • 2024 Lucas County Senior Citizen Services Levy (1 mill), Renewal with an increase generating approximately $8.14 million annually for 5-years.
  • 2024 Toledo Public Schools Combined Operating Levy and Bond (5.8 mills), Additional 3.8-mill operating levy generating $10.3 million annually, plus a 2-mill, $99 million bond, paired with the renewal of a 4.58-mill operating levy extended from 5 to 10 years.
  • 2024 Hamilton County Family Services & Treatment Levy (0.34 mills), Renewal of $6.5 million annually for 5-years. Won with over 60% support.
  • 2023 Sale of the Cincinnati Southern Railway to Norfolk Southern for $1.6 billion for existing infrastructure maintenance and improvements. The over $6 million issue won voter approval with 52% support. More info.
